Different instruments used in various research disciplines. Picture was shot with a Sigma 35 mm at f/5.6 and a shutter speed of 1/160 sec at ISO400.

A stacked macro (40 images) of common orange lichen or maritime sunburst lichen (Xanthoria parietina). Images were shot at 100 mm, f/4.0 at ISO 400 using 52 mm extension tubes. Focus stacking was done in Helicon Focus 6 and general editing done in Lightroom 5.
